Looking from the other side

> So what can we do about it?
After spending many years working with professional IT people and teams. You really start to get a sense of how large and diverse industry (or world or universe) it really is. In IT the first thing to grasp as a concept is that. Most technologies out there really do not last or stick around for more than six months to two years. The technologies that do last longer than that always seem to change with time. If you look at the car industry you can depend on the design of the combustion engine to be dependable, stable, reliable. Honestly, if you look at another engine from 20 years before you notice many things works exactly the same. What you studied all those years ago you can still put to use now. With IT not so. Most IT people know to keep their careers going they must keep studying to keep up with the times. Does not seem to be a good use of time for something that will soon be end-of-life and mostly not even useful in the near future.

We would like to work with you

There is a rare group of people refer to as nerds, geeks, project managers. Who for some reason are accredited to this kind of lifestyle and there was also an abundance of them in our people networks and phone contact lists that built up over the years. Many of them were tired of working in a situation where they were not understood or unable to work on fixing issues that they were great at doing. See nerds and geeks speak weird like alien languages and you need a project manager in the middle to act as a bridge for communications. They also work better in specialised teams or remote locations.

IT Consulting is a way forward

We started up Ryunets because we saw many frustrated clients who did not want the burden of IT on them day to day and knew full well that they need IT to build the products and services they wanted to build. So we started to gather project managers and scrum masters to create specialised teams to work on client projects and build product and services for our clients. Today we work with clients to offer solutions and possibilities that were not options to our clients before, we are there to support and show the value of IT.

So I invite you
